Joseph Yondela is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and Development Practitioner with over 23 years of senior management experience across INGOs, corporate sectors, and consultancy roles. Holding an MBA and an MSc with distinction, along with certifications in compliance, risk management, investor advisory, and stockbroking, Joseph specializes in strategic financial leadership, program management, and multi-donor project compliance.

As a consultant, Joseph has led high-impact initiatives, including risk assessments for USAID-funded projects, financial system optimizations, and capacity-building programs for non-finance teams. His expertise spans financial management, governance, grant compliance, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record in sectors such as education, health, WASH, and climate change.

Joseph has also served as CFO of a petroleum company, further enriching his multi-sectoral experience.

Chisanga Besa is a seasoned financial leader with over 26 years of experience driving growth, compliance, and operational excellence across Africa’s agriculture and financial sectors. She has worked for two banks over a period of eight years.

As a Chartered Accountant and MBA holder, she specializes in treasury management, strategic expansion, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record of transforming businesses through data-driven decision-making and process optimization.

Her expertise includes financial management, market linkages, and system migrations, leading Africa-wide expansions and securing strategic funding. Having completed the Programme for Management Development (PMD) at the UCT Graduate Business School, she is passionate about mentoring high-performing teams.
